Thank you for filling in our custom order form (or ordering directly from us). Please expect the whole process to take at least 3 weeks. Here we will walk you through the steps:

1. After receiving your order form/ being in touch with you, we will suggest a few designs and seek your approval then let you know the expected cost of the final product. We can only provide a range at this stage.

2. You will then have to pay a non-refundable deposit which is HKD $500 to secure your order.

3. After all these, we will send you a final design and provide the final quote. We can adjust the design as many times as you wish. We won't start producing the piece until you are satisfied with the design.

4. Full payment is required before we start producing the piece. This is because there is no turning back for us once we start the production process.

5. Production will take at least 2-3 weeks. Pictures of the product will be sent to you when it's ready. We will mail the item to you via a shipping method of your choice.

6. We will bare the shipping fee, which shall not exceed HKD$100 (outlying amount shall be borne by the customer).
