Orders processing time

All jewelry orders are processed and shipped from Hong Kong (HKSAR). During vacations and sales seasons, your order will take longer to be processed. We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Custom-made orders will have a different time frame. Please communicate with our staff. 

Shipping

Once your order is placed, it will take 1 to 3 business days for processing. After that, delivery will take, depending on the country, between 2 and 14 days. See shipping cost at checkout.

Free shipping is available when you spend more than $500 HKD (local order), $1500 HKD (order from Taiwan) or $2500 HKD (international order).

Customs and taxes

All additional costs, such as taxes, customs duties, etc., shall be borne by the customer.
