Please send us an email (exchange@lagrimas.club), within 14 days upon receiving the order, then our staff will send you a simple exchange form and guide you through the process.

4. Returned product(s) must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
5. We will process the exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned items. You will be contacted through emails.
